⏳ Processing Time​

We do not accept cancellations at this time.

• Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
• You’ll receive your tracking information via email the moment your order hits the road! 📦✨

📍 Domestic Shipping

• Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $29.97 (3 keychains). 
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

• 3-5 Business Days: $4.99, 1-3 Business Days $9.99.

 

🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide because impact knows no borders!
• Please note: import duties, tariffs and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once your order is with the carrier, it's out of our hands (we wish we could hand-deliver each one 💔).
• If your package is lost or marked as delivered but nowhere in sight, please file a claim with USPS.
• USPS requires a 15-day wait period before a claim can be submitted.

📫 Incorrect Addresses

• Double-check your shipping information before checking out.
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require re-delivery postage to be sent out again.
