We do not accept cancellations at this time.
• Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

• Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $30.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.• 3-5 Business Days: $4.99, 1-3 Business Days $9.99.
🌍 International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide—because impact knows no borders!
• Please note: import duties, tariffs and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once your order is with the carrier, it's out of our hands (we wish we could hand-deliver each one 💔).
• If your package is lost or marked as delivered but nowhere in sight, please file a claim with USPS.
• USPS requires a 15-day wait period before a claim can be submitted.📫 Incorrect Addresses

Our customers usually keep their keychains, but if something is not quite right, we’re here to make things right.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Select the products you’d like to return and request approval.

Your return request will be reviewed and approved within 1 business day.

Once your return is approved, you may use any shipping carrier of your choice to send the item to: 1527 Gause Blvd, Unit 215, Slidell, LA 70458.

Enter your tracking details and carrier name into the portal under your return request.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.

If your items are unused and in original condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We take photos of each item before it’s shipped, so we can ensure quality and accuracy before it leaves our hands. While we understand that anything can happen during transit, proof of damage (photo evidence) will be required for any damaged item claims.
