    • Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $29.96 (3 keychains).
    • Delivery usually takes 3–5  business days after shipping.

    • 3-5 Business Days: $4.99, 1-3 Business Days $9.99.

     

    🌍 International Shipping

    Yes, we ship worldwide because impact knows no borders!

    Enjoy FREE international shipping on orders over $99 (10 keychains). 

    • Please note: import duties and tariffs are the customer’s responsibility.

     

    📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

    • Once your order is with the carrier, it's out of our hands (we wish we could hand-deliver each one 💔).
    • If your package is lost or marked as delivered but nowhere in sight, please file a claim with USPS.
    • USPS requires a 15-day wait period before a claim can be submitted.

     

    📫 Incorrect Addresses

    • Double-check your shipping information before checking out.
    • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require re-delivery postage to be sent out again.

    • While we work hard to meet our shipping timelines, carrier delays (especially during holidays or severe weather) may happen and are out of our control.

  • 📦 Return Shipping & Damaged Items

    Everything you should know⬇️

    🔁 Returns Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

    🔄 Return Process:

    • Click ‘Returns Center’ at the bottom of the page.

    • Enter your order number and email address.

    • Select the products you’d like to return and request approval.

    • Your return request will be reviewed and approved within 1 business day.

    • Once your return is approved, you may use any shipping carrier of your choice to send the item to: 1527 Gause Blvd, Unit 215, Slidell, LA 70458.

    • Enter your tracking details and carrier name into the portal under your return request.

    • ​Click ‘Track Your Return’ at the bottom of the page.

    • Once your return is received, it will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.

    • If your items are unused and in original condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    📦 Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    • We take photos of each item before it’s shipped, so we can ensure quality and accuracy before it leaves our hands. While we understand that anything can happen during transit, proof of damage (photo evidence) will be required for any damaged item claims.

    • If your order arrives damaged:

    • Please take clear photos of the item and packaging.

    • Email us at exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org with the photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.

    • We’ll review your claim and assist with a resolution as quickly as possible.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

    🚫 Exchanges:

    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
