📦 Everything you should know⬇️

🔁 Returns Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

🔄 Return Process:

• Click here: ‘Returns Portal.’ 

• Enter your order number and email address.

• Select the products you’d like to return and request approval.

• Your return request will be reviewed and approved within the same business day.

• Once your return is approved, you may use any shipping carrier of your choice to send the item to: 1527 Gause Blvd, Unit 215, Slidell, LA 70458.

• Email the tracking number and carrier name to exudingselfconfidence@escphotography.org

• Once your return is received, it will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.

• If your items are unused, in their original condition, and match your return request, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

📦 Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We take photos of each item before it’s shipped, so we can ensure quality and accuracy before it leaves our hands. While we understand that anything can happen during transit, proof of damage (photo evidence) will be required for any damaged item claims.

• If your order arrives damaged:

• Please take clear photos of the item and packaging.

• Insert your photos into the returns portal here: 'Returns Portal.'

• We’ll review your claim and assist with a resolution as quickly as possible.

🚫 Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
