Fieber’s favorite part about the business is the people. “You can meet people that you just wouldn’t believe who have come here from across the world,” he said. “From sports athletes to politicians to everyday people who live in the neighborhood and across the nation. We’ve had the Japanese and American Food Network in here, too.”

Mike Walsh has served as the mayor of De Pere since 1996 and will not be running for re-election. “I have enjoyed meeting the people and getting to know people I never would have gotten a chance to meet,” he said. “I also enjoyed serving the citizens of De Pere.”

Sarah Fischer is a welding instructor at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

On Sunday, Nov 21, 2021, a red SUV drove through the Waukesha Christmas parade killing three Milwaukee Dancing Grannies and a spouse. After the tragedy, there has been an influx of grandmothers wanting to join the Milwaukee Dancing Grannies. The group has since welcomed the women with open arms and have big plans for the future.
